合同履行期限：合同签订后45个日历日内完成所有工程服务。

二、申请人的资格要求：

1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定：

（1）具有独立承担民事责任的能力；

（2）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度；

（3）具有履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力；

（4）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；

（5）参加政府采购活动前三年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录；

（6）法律、行政法规规定的其他条件。

3.本项目的特定资格要求：

合同包1(手术室建设项目)特定资格要求如下:

(1)(1)本次招标要求投标人具有建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑装饰装修工程专业承包贰级（含贰级）以上资质，有效的安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工的能力。 (2)现场管理机构组成人员：项目负责人身份证、建筑工程专业二级及以上建造师注册证、有效的 B 类安全生产考核合格证,并无其他在建工程；技术负责人身份证、相关专业中级及以上职称证；以上人员与投标人签订的在有效期内的劳动合同；供应商为以上人员缴纳的2022年1月至2022年10月期间连续6个月以上的社保缴纳信息（社保缴纳信息按以下任意一种方式提交均认可：①如供应商所在地区已实行社保信息网上查询，提供可在人社部门网站上查询的缴纳养老保险相关信息（将参保信息查询、社保缴费查询打印并加盖投标企业单位公章）；②如供应商所在地区未实行社保信息网上查询，可提供加盖社保机构公章的养老保险缴纳个人明细或对账单。如因疫情原因导致养老保险未及时缴纳，或社保机构已给予减免的， 请说明实际情况）
