分包评审条款中的二级评审项的报价详细要求内容有误，现变更如下：（一）变更前为：“报价15%，分值15分。以评标委员会认定的有效投标商的有效投标文件中的最低价为评标基准价，其价格分为满分10分。其他供应商的价格分统一按下列公式计算：投标报价得分=（评标基准价/投标报价）×10%×100，计算结果保留两位小数。注:根据《财政部关于进一步加大政府采购支持中小企业力度的通知》（财库〔2022〕19号）和《三部门联合发布关于促进残疾人就业政府采购政策的通知》（财库〔2017〕141号）的规定，对小、微型、监狱企业或残疾人福利性单位承接本项目的给予20%的价格扣除，用扣除后的价格参与评审。”
