2.2办理CA认证:电子交易平台现已接入陕西CA、深圳CA、西部CA、北京CA四家数字证书公司,各投标人在交易过程中登录系统、加密/解密投标文件、文件签章等均可使用上述四家 CA公司签发的数字证书。办理须知及所需资料详见 :http://www.sxggzyjy.cn/fwzn/004003/20220701/6972fe02-f996-4928-951e-545dab02e53c.htm1；
2.3请各投标人务必及时下载招标文件并做好备份，否则会影响投标文件编制及后续投标活动；

2.7因投标人自身设施故障或自身原因导致无法完成签到、解密或投标的，由投标人自行承担后果；
2.8按照陕西省财政厅《关于政府采购投标人注册登记有关事项的通知》中的要求,投标人应通过陕西省政府采购网 (http://www.ccgp shaanxi.gov.cn/)注册登记 ,加入陕西省政府采购投标人库；
