二、申请人的资格要求：1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

3.本项目的特定资格要求：1）投标人销售二类医疗器械的，须具备有效的第二类医疗器械经营备案凭证（适用于代理商参加投标，且所投产品为医疗器械的情形）；2）投标人销售三类医疗器械的，须具备有效的医疗器械经营许可证（适用于代理商参加投标，且所投产品为医疗器械的情形）；3）投标人须具备有效的医疗器械生产许可证（适用于制造商参加投标，且所投产品为医疗器械的情形）。
